Art and Non Art (entartete kunst) was the name of an exhibition shown at the National Gallery in Norway in 1942. The exhibition was inspired by the exhibition of degenerate art shown in Germany in the period 1937-1941. The Norwegian exhibition, which was the only one of its kind outside of Germany, differed from the original because it also displayed "National" art. The director of the National Gallery Søren Onsager was a member of Nasjonal Samling and himself an artist. The description of the exhibition is taken from the newspaper Aftenposten's review and shows the language and mindset around art by the Nazified press.
